On Tuesday, Lehigh Valley Academy was the victim of a rough 62-42 loss at the hands of Jenkintown. Lehigh Valley Academy has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Lehigh Valley Academy lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Ziyon Wilkins, who scored 14 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Christopher Hunt, who scored 11 points.
It was another big night for Tommy Walsh, who dropped a double-double on 32 points and 11 rebounds for Jenkintown. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Walsh has scored all season. Kareem Jackson was another key contributor, scoring 12 points along with four steals.
Lehigh Valley Academy's loss dropped their record down to 7-12. As for Jenkintown, their victory bumped their record up to 12-8.
Lehigh Valley Academy's road trip will continue as they head out to face Lincoln Leadership Academy at 5:30 p.m. on February 13th. As for Jenkintown, they will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Dock Mennonite at 4:30 p.m. Hopefully Jenkintown focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 12 on Tuesday.
