The North Blue Devils had to endure an eight-game losing streak dating back to last season, but that streak is no more. Everything went their way against Milwaukee Bay View on Saturday as North made off with a 79-58 win. North's offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.
John Adams was his usual excellent self, dropping a double-double on 20 points and 14 rebounds. The game was Adams' fourth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Dmonte Davis, who scored nine points.
North's win bumped their record up to 1-4. As for Milwaukee Bay View, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-5.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. North will take on Milwaukee King at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Milwaukee Bay View and South will face off at 7:00 p.m. on December 12th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday.
