The biggest upset of the week belonged to Sidney, who took down 66th ranked Greene, 21-8. Nate McDonald ran for 171 yards in the win.
Whitney Point moved up to 483 from 525 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in Section 4 C Division V. The Eagles climbed the ranks as a result of a 23-13 win over the Eagles.
The Warriors' offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Patrick Vibbard threw for 66 and two touchdowns and Mike Cruz had 33 yards receiving. Damian Zimmer helped Sidney's passing attack out by catching two balls for 23 yards.
Sidney's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Warriors feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Vibbard has thrown for 457 yards and seven touchdowns this season, while Billy Kozak has seven catches for 158 yards. McDonald leads the league in rushing with 503 yards.
The top two defenses in the league will face off this season when Sidney takes on Chenango Forks. Jeff Matthews's team has allowed 35 points this season, while the Blue Devils have given up 45. The Warriors allowed 8 points last week as they defeated the Trojans.
Chenango Forks extended the longest winning streak in the league this week by beating Chenango Valley, 15-13. The victory was the fifth in a row for the team.
