Emery will bounce into Friday's contest after beating Manti, who they had gone 2-7 against in their nine prior meetings. Emery put the hurt on Manti with a sharp 10-2 win on Thursday. In other pitching news, Rheagan Rhoten looked comfortable as she pitched three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. That's the first time she hasn't allowed a single hit since back in April of 2024.
