Meanwhile, Roxboro Community had to endure a 17-game losing streak dating back to last season, but that streak is no more. They slipped by Vance Charter 59-58 two weeks ago. The win was just what Roxboro Community needed coming off of a 74-38 loss in their prior match.
Voyager's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 11-8. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 70.7 points per game. As for Roxboro Community, their win ended a seven-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 1-7.
