Cook Inlet Academy waltzed into their contest on Friday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Lumen Christi Archangels. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-1 two weeks ago.

In the three sets Cook Inlet Academy was on fire: they won each by at least 12 points. The match finished with set scores of 24-26, 25-7, 25-13, 25-11.

Cook Inlet Academy's victory bumped their record up to 19-15. As for Lumen Christi, their defeat ended a three-match streak of away wins and brought them to 4-10.

Looking ahead, Cook Inlet Academy will play host again on Saturday to welcome Birchwood Christian, where the match is scheduled at 10:00 a.m. Lumen Christi does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
