Johnson Came Up Big in Pender's 68-30 Victory
Starting off the list is Pender's Jeremiah Johnson, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Johnson rushed for 218 yards and seven touchdowns. Johnson is crushing it when it comes to rushing yards: he's rushed for at least 121 every time he's taken the field this season.

Rush Blackwell's big game helped extend South Columbus's winning streak to five on Friday. Blackwell turned in nothing short of a gem, rushing for 84 yards and three touchdowns. He has been hot recently, having posted two or more rushing touchdowns the last three times he's played.
South Columbus' victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 7-1. Blackwell and South Columbus will challenge Heide Trask at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
