Josh Myer Turns in Season-Best Effort
Sadly, Josh Myer posting his best game of the season wasn't enough to lead Cocalico over Conrad Weiser on Friday. Myer rushed for 162 yards and two touchdowns on only 13 carries, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process. He really tore up the turf during one magnificent 85-yard run.
Cocalico's defeat ended an 11-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 6-3. Myer and Cocalico will challenge Fleetwood at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Kris Burgos-Wise Has Career-Day on Friday
Solanco was led to victory by Kris Burgos-Wise, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Friday. Burgos-Wise rushed for 136 yards and a touchdown on only five carries, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process. His longest rush was for an impressive 50 yards, which helps to explain his lofty yards per carry total.
Solanco pushed their record up to 4-5 with the win, which was their third straight at home. Burgos-Wise and Solanco will host Garden Spot at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Big Game from Horning As Cocalico Fell 24-21
Dane Horning put up the most rushing yards he's had since back in October of 2023 on Friday. He rushed for 159 yards. That high mark didn't come from nowhere: he posted at least 102 rushing yards in the fourth games prior.
Unfortunately for Conrad Weiser, this isn't the first big game they've seen from Horning. When Horning last faced the Scouts back in October of 2023, he rushed for 214 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 8.2 yards per carry.

Johnny Garcia Goes Supernova in Solanco Victory
Another Solanco player making an appearance on this list is Johnny Garcia. He rushed for 111 yards and three touchdowns on only 15 carries.
