  Jaxon Strinmoen was a major factor while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound,   pitching three innings while giving up   no  earned runs off   one  hit. Strinmoen was also big at the plate,  scoring a  run and  stealing a base while going 1-for-3.
 In other batting news,  the team  relied heavily on  Zach Brumm, who  scored two  runs while  getting on base  in all three of his plate appearances. Another player making a difference was  Braedon Solie, who  scored a  run and  stole a base while going 2-for-3.
 On Mabel-Canton's side, they saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Isaac Underbakke, who  scored a  run and  stole a base while  getting on base  in all four of his plate appearances.
 Even though they lost, Mabel-Canton  hit smart and  finished the game with only one  strikeout. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Spring Grove struck out five times.
 The  win (which was Spring Grove's sixth in a row) raised their record to 16-7. As for Mabel-Canton, their defeat  ended  a  three-game streak of away wins  and  brought them to 7-16.
 As of now, neither Spring Grove nor Mabel-Canton have any future games scheduled.
