Keon Banks of St. Mary ran for the longest rushing play in North Jersey - Patriot this season against Weehawken last week. Banks scampered for 75 yards on the play and finished with 89 on the day as his team defeated the Indians.
Wood-Ridge was the team that gained the most ground in the standings this week, jumping from seventh to fifth in the league. The Blue Devils defeated Wallington 49-25 earlier in the week.
Connor Cuccinelli was the best wideout in the league this week as St. Mary topped Weehawken. Cuccinelli tallied three receptions for 183 yards.
Jonathan Diaz was the most productive running back in North Jersey - Patriot this week. In 11 carries, he ran for 204 yards as Mike Sheridan's team defeated the Indians.
Gordon Kohles put up the best numbers through the air as Bogota topped Emerson. He finished with four completions for 97 yards and three touchdowns. Kohles' favorite target this week was Cristian Brito, who caught two passes for 73 yards.
6-foot-0 quarterback Ryan Monaghan of the Gaels is the league leader in passing yards this season with 783. He has also thrown nine touchdowns. On the ground, Weehawken's Damian Corredor has rushed for 1134 yards which leads the league. The leading receiver in the league this season is Jason Zajaczkowski. The Wallington star has 19 catches for 517 yards.
A big matchup in the league this week will be when the Buccaneers take on St. Mary. At the moment, Bogota is in third, while the Gaels are in first.
