Babcock won the last time they faced Mason Classical Academy and things went their way on Thursday too. Babcock never let Mason Classical Academy get on the board and left with an 11-0 victory. The result was nothing new for the Trailblazers, who have now won six games by seven runs or more so far this season.

Brodie Hunter was incredible, scoring three runs and stealing a base while going 3-for-3. He is becoming a predictor of Babcock's success: when he posts at least two runs the team is undefeated (and 4-6 when he doesn't). Paxton Cooper was another key player, scoring three runs while going 2-for-2.

Babcock now has a winning record of 7-6. As for Mason Classical Academy, they dropped their record down to 2-5 with the loss, which was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Babcock will welcome East Lee County at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Mason Classical Academy, they will look to defend their home field on Tuesday against Naples Classical at 3:00 p.m.
