When it comes to explaining why Hilton Head Island lost, one person who can't be blamed is Amaya Wroten. Despite the final result, she scored 16 points along with three steals. Leah Jackson was another key contributor, scoring nine points along with eight rebounds.
Hilton Head Island has not been sharp recently, as they've lost eight of their last nine contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-13 record this season. As for Lucy Beckham, the win got them back to even at 8-8.

As for Lucy Beckham, they will face off against James Island at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Hopefully James Island focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 19 on Tuesday.
