The Braddock Bulldogs will be taking part in a tournament against the Southwest Eagles  at 3:30  p.m.  on Tuesday. Braddock is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 6.6  runs per game  this season.
Braddock's pitching crew heads into the  matchup  hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed  on Wednesday. They narrowly escaped with a  win as the  team sidled past Elmore County  1-0.
Elmore County's batters probably weren't too happy with  Jesus Moreno, who pitched a no hitter  (he gave up zero walks). The dominant performance also gave  Moreno a new career-low in  hits (zero).

  Tyler Villamor looked comfortable as he  pitched 2.2 innings while giving up   no  earned runs off   one  hit. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't  given up  more than two  hits in six consecutive appearances.
 Southwest has  been performing  well recently as they've  won eight of their last ten contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-6 record  this season. Those  victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.2 runs on average over those games. Braddock's win bumped their record up to 15-4-1.
