Zane Carroll gave up the fewest earned runs he has since back in April of 2024 on Wednesday. Omaha Northwest had no answer to Carroll as he kept things locked down with no earned runs or hits while striking out nine over five innings pitched. Carroll has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than two hits in three consecutive appearances.
