Garden Plain hadn't beaten Trinity Academy on the road since October 4, 2022 but that history sure didn't bother them on Tuesday. The Owls came out on top against the Knights by a score of 2-0. The Owls were shut out 2-0 the last time they took on the Knights, so the Owls were just returning the favor.

While Garden Plain won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. The final score came out to 25-20, 25-23.

Lylah Zoglman paced Garden Plain's offense, picking up seven kills. Zoglman got some help from Jaicey Stuhlsatz and her 18 assists. Anna Puetz controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

The victory made it two in a row for Garden Plain and bumps their season record up to 9-4. As for Trinity Academy, they moved to 10-2 with that loss, which also ended their seven-match winning streak.

Garden Plain has already played their next match, a 3-0 win against Hesston on the 25th. As for Trinity Academy, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Nickerson on the 27th.
