The defeat unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Hunt in their matchups with Fike: they've now lost eight in a row.
Despite the loss, Hunt still got an impressive performance from Ny'gir Alston, who picked up 78 receiving yards and a touchdown.
Fike's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Josiah Artis led the charge by picking up 84 receiving yards and two touchdowns. Artis was no stranger to the big play, lighting up the secondary with a catch that went for 64 yards. Bud Woodard and his 103 yards on the ground were also a key factor in Fike's win.
Hunt's defeat dropped their record down to 8-2. As for Fike, their win was their third straight at home, bumping their overall record up to 7-3.
