The North Pocono Trojans lost against the Mid Valley Spartans back in December of 2022, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. North Pocono took a 52-39 hit to the loss column at the hands of Mid Valley.
Mid Valley's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Richard Vinansky, who scored 20 points along with 7 rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Demaja Dunston, who scored 14 points along with 3 steals.
North Pocono's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Mid Valley, they now have a winning record of 2-1.
North Pocono will head out on the road to face off against Holy Redeemer at 7:15 p.m. on Monday. As for Mid Valley, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Lake-Lehman at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
