With a playoff win on the line, Concord Christian rose to the challenge on Saturday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Mascenic Regional Vikings, sneaking past 3-2. The win was familiar territory for the Kingsmen, who have now won three contests in a row.

Concord Christian's victory bumped their record up to 15-5. As for Mascenic Regional, they moved to 18-5 with that loss, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

Coming up, Concord Christian will challenge Woodsville on Wednesday. The last three games the Engineers have played have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. Mascenic Regional does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
