Lee's Summit can bid farewell to their six-game losing streak thanks to their game on Saturday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Olathe South Falcons. This was a revenge game for the Tigers: when they faced off against the Falcons last Saturday, they had to take a 2-1 defeat.

Lee's Summit never let Olathe South on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 25-22.

Mylah Kruger paced Lee's Summit's offense, picking up six kills. Kruger got some help from Reese Hubbard and her 12 assists. Maren Moss controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Lee's Summit picked up their first road victory, bumping their record up to 4-10. As for Olathe South, they dropped their record down to 4-10 with the loss, which was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season.

Lee's Summit has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against Blue Valley Northwest on the 13th. As for Olathe South, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-1 defeat against Lawrence Free State on the 13th.
