On Thursday, Dallas Thunder took a serious blow against San Marcos HomeSchool, falling 78-39. While losing is never fun, Dallas Thunder can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 388th, while San Marcos HomeSchool is ranked 58th).
Meanwhile, Aggieland HomeSchool put the finishing touches on their 17th blowout victory of the season on Thursday. They blew past Fort Worth THESA 69-44. Winning may never get old, but Aggieland HomeSchool sure is getting used to it with their third in a row.
Dallas Thunder's defeat dropped their record down to 14-13. As for Aggieland HomeSchool, they have been performing well recently as they've won 20 of their last 25 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 28-9 record this season.
Everything went Dallas Thunder's way against Aggieland HomeSchool in their previous matchup back in March of 2023 as Dallas Thunder made off with a 52-31 win. Will Dallas Thunder repeat their success, or does Aggieland HomeSchool have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
