Taylor County suffered their closest loss yet this season on Friday. They fell just short of Aucilla Christian by a score of 40-37. Taylor County has struggled against Aucilla Christian recently, as their matchup on Friday was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.
North Florida Christian has traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost seven of their last eight matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-10 record this season. As for Taylor County, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-9.
North Florida Christian barely slipped by Taylor County in their previous meeting back in December of 2023, winning 24-23. The rematch might be a little tougher for North Florida Christian since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
