When it comes to explaining why Calvert Hall lost, one person who can't be blamed is Brendan Johnson. Despite the final result, he scored 25 points along with nine rebounds and two steals. That was a full 55.6% of Calvert Hall's points, marking the sixth time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Tyrin Bizzelle, who scored ten points along with five assists.
Calvert Hall has been struggling recently, as they've lost five of their last six matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-13 record this season. As for IMG Academy Silver, their win ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 1-8.
