Avery Stegall posted a new career-high in stolen bases on Saturday. She scored three runs and stole three bases while going 3-for-5. She also put up a double, which was her first of the season.

Coming up, Stegall and Abingdon/Avon will look to take advantage of their home field for the first time this season as Abingdon/Avon takes on Brimfield at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Stegall had to take a defeat the last time the two teams duked it out, losing their contest back in March of 2024 12-2.
