For the second straight game, Covington will face off against Attica. The Trojans will head out on the road to  challenge  the Red Ramblers  at 5:00  p.m.  on Thursday. Covington is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7.6  runs per game  this season.

 Caydence Peaslee was  incredible,  firing off four  home runs and eight  RBI while going 4-for-4. Those  eight  RBI gave  her a new career-high.  Haley Holycross was another key player,  going 3-for-5 with one  home run, five  RBI,  and three  runs.
 Covington  always had someone on base and  finished the game having  posted an OBP of .625. That's the best  OBP they've posted all season.
 Covington's victory bumped their record up to 2-3. As for Attica, they now  have a losing record of 1-2.
