Tyus Miller Turns in Season-Best Performance
Tyus Miller produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Clovis East to the win on Friday. Miller wasn't messing around, throwing for 240 yards and three touchdowns while completing 84.2% of his passes, and also rushing for 121 yards on only eight carries. The match was his fourth straight with three or more passing touchdowns dating back to last season.
If the past is any indication, Miller could be in store for another big game when he takes on Central on Friday. When Miller last faced the Grizzlies back in October of 2023, he threw for 441 yards and six touchdowns while picking up 12.6 yards per attempt, and also rushed for 100 yards on only 12 carries.
