If Loachapoka wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Reeltown, they should've done a better job of containing Traylen Roberts. The Rebels put the hurt on the Indians with a sharp 73-49 win on Friday with plenty of help from Roberts, who rushed for 248 yards and five touchdowns on only 14 carries. With that strong performance, he is now averaging an impressive 114 rushing yards per game.

Another player making a difference was Alijah Woods, who gained 170 total yards and two touchdowns. He really caught the secondary sleeping when he pulled down a catch that went for 86 yards.

Special teams was a major factor in the game for Reeltown, racking up 13 points in total. The biggest highlight from special teams (and perhaps the team as a whole) came courtesy of Zarrell Lockhart, who ran a kickoff back for a touchdown.

Loachapoka's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Kj Carter, who rushed for 175 yards and one TD while picking up 8.3 yards per carry, and Lareaco Echols, who gained 145 total yards and four touchdowns.

The victory (which was Reeltown's fourth in a row) raised their record to 4-1. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 54.3 points over those games. As for Loachapoka, they now have a losing record of 2-3.

Looking ahead, Reeltown will take on Dadeville at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Rebels will be up against the Tigers' rather soft defense (which has allowed 31.75 points per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Loachapoka, they will face off against Beulah at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Indians are facing the Bobcats at the right time seeing as the Bobcats are stuck on a four-game losing streak.
