Johnny Menefield Dazzles in Brady Victory
Starting off the list is Brady's Johnny Menefield, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Menefield rushed for 151 yards and three touchdowns on only 14 carries. His rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his third straight game with at least 141 rushing yards dating back to last season.
The win was the fifth in a row for Brady, bringing their record for this year to 6-1. Menefield and Brady will be playing in front of their home fans against Early at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Briton Rice and Co. Win Sixth in a Row
Tolar picked up their sixth consecutive win on Friday thanks in part to Briton Rice. Rice did his part (and then some), throwing for 233 yards and four touchdowns while completing 76.5% of his passes, and also punching in a touchdown on the ground for the 'W'.
Tolar pushed their record up to 6-1 with the victory, which was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season. Rice and Tolar will head out to face off against Clifton at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Sean Jacoby Delivers Best Performance of Season
Sean Jacoby produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Brady to the win on Friday. Jacoby rushed for 92 yards and a touchdown on only nine carries, and also threw for 82 yards and two touchdowns, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process.
This season, Jacoby has thrown 10 touchdowns while averaging 76.1 passing yards per game. It gets even more impressive: after seven games last season, he was only averaging 55.7 passer rating per game. This year he is averaging 101.8 passer rating.
