It was a good run, but Tualatin unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Monday. They took a blow against the Millennium Tigers, falling 97-69. The loss was a bit of a surprise, as the Timberwolves came into the game with a sizable advantage in MaxPreps' basketball rankings in their respective home states (they are ranked first in Oregon, while the Tigers are ranked 29th in Arizona).

Tualatin's defeat ended a nine-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 7-2. As for Millennium, the victory got them back to even at 5-5.

Tualatin will host Barlow at 6:00 p.m. on January 9, 2025. As for Millennium, a feisty cat fight will be fought when the Millennium Tigers duke it out with the Boulder Creek Jaguars at 7:00 p.m. on January 7, 2025. Millennium knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past ten contests -- so hopefully Boulder Creek likes a good challenge.
