Adriane Garza Turns in Season-Best Effort
Mitchell was led to victory by Adriane Garza, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Friday. Garza rushed for 221 yards and four touchdowns, and also threw for 113 yards and a touchdown on only ten passes.

Kearney Catholic's defeat ended a seven-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 6-1. Bosshamer and Kearney Catholic will challenge Hershey at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

A Season-Best Performance from Atreyu May Leads Kearney Catholic over Mitchell
On Friday, Kearney Catholic had to settle for second even though Atreyu May put up the best numbers he has all season. May picked up 136 receiving yards and two touchdowns. He showed off some serious burst, connecting on a big catch for 60 yards.
