In other batting news, Robert McIntyre was incredible, going 1-for-4 with four RBI and two runs. Another player making a difference was Cobe LaFountain, who got on base in two of his three plate appearances with one stolen base, two RBI, and one run.

Northeastern Clinton's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: Saranac has hit smart this season, having averaged an OBP of .453. It's a different story for Northeastern Clinton, though, as they've only averaged .327. Will they be able to contain Saranac's hitters?
Saranac beat Northeastern Clinton 7-4 when the teams last played back in April of 2024. Do the Spartans have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Cougars turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
