Riverview Gardens will be playing at home against McCluer at at 12:00 PM on Saturday. Both of these teams will be looking for a pick-me-up after considerable defeats in their previous games.
Things haven't been easy for Riverview Gardens, and their matchup last Saturday only extended their streak of losses to eight. They took a serious blow against Hazelwood Central last Saturday, falling 0-44.
Meanwhile, there's no need to mince words: McCluer lost to Hazelwood East, and they lost bad. The score wound up at 6-48.
With the two teams each stumbling in off of a defeat, both will be hungry for the win. Neither of those teams managed to put together many points in their previous contests, so their meeting could be a low-scoring affair.
