Marion County's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Valencia Alridge, who scored seven points along with seven steals and six rebounds. Those seven steals set a new season-high mark for her. Keyona Simpson was another key contributor, scoring 12 points along with five rebounds.
Marion County's victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 7-6. As for Webster County, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-9.
