Colorado Springs Christian was sadly handed a defeat on Friday, but Daniel Hoggard did his best to prevent it. Nobody could stop Hoggard as he rushed for 64 yards and two touchdowns, and also picked up 54 receiving yards. He was no stranger to the big play, lighting up the secondary with a catch that went for 54 yards.
Colorado Springs Christian moved to 3-3 with that loss, which also ended their three-game winning streak. Hoggard and Colorado Springs Christian will square off against Ellicott at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Josh George helped snap Rye's five-game losing streak. George turned in nothing short of a gem on Friday, making three total tackles. He showed off some serious burst, lighting up the secondary with a catch for 55 yards.
