Cypress Ranch proved they can win big on Thursday (they won by seven) and on Thursday they proved they can win the close ones too. They had just enough and edged out the Fort Bend Travis Tigers 4-2. The Mustangs' win was nothing new given the team hasn't lost yet this season.

The team relied heavily on Ryleigh Senegal, who went 2-for-3 with one triple, one stolen base, and two RBI. That's the most RBI she has posted since back in March of 2025.

Cypress Ranch hit smart and finished the game with only one strikeout. The team has now struck out at least four batters every time they've taken the field this season.

Cypress Ranch's victory bumped their record up to 3-0.

Cypress Ranch has already played their next game, a 5-4 defeat against Sealy on the 13th. As for Fort Bend Travis, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next matchup, a 7-1 loss against Foster on the 12th.
