Softball Recap: Riverside Picks Up Fifth Consecutive Win

With a playoff win on the line, Riverside rose to the challenge on Wednesday. They never let the Brecksville-Broadview Heights Bees get on the board and left with a 10-0 victory. The Beavers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 17 games by six runs or more this season.

The win was the fifth in a row for Riverside, bringing their record up to 24-4. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.4 runs on average over those games. As for Brecksville-Broadview Heights, with the defeat, they broke their five-game winning streak and moved their record to 18-3.

As of now, neither Riverside nor the Bees have any future games scheduled.
