Even though the DCP Alum Rock Lobos  have not done well against the Mountain View Academy Mustangs recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), they didn't let the past get in their way  on Thursday. DCP Alum Rock took down the Mustangs 61-44. Winning may never get old, but DCP Alum Rock sure is getting used to it with their fourth in a row.
  Tony Clarida was  his usual excellent self,  dropping  a double-double on 27 points and 11  rebounds. He is on a roll when it comes to  steals, as he's  now  grabbed two or more in the last seven games he's  played. Another player making a difference was  Isidro Cigarroa Fores, who  scored eight points along with eight  rebounds and five  assists.
 Mountain View Academy's loss  came despite strong showings from  Christopher Mercado and  Daniel Malo.  Mercado  scored ten points along with six  rebounds and five  steals, while  Malo  scored 14 points.
 DCP Alum Rock is  on a roll lately: they've  won six of their last seven games,  which provided a nice bump to their 9-7 record this season. As for Mountain View Academy, they are  on a four-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 3-7.
 DCP Alum Rock will be playing in front of their home fans against the Wolfpack at 7:00  p.m.  on Monday. KIPP San Jose Collegiate is looking to tack on another W to their four-game streak on the road. As for Mountain View Academy, they will face off against the Falcons at 3:00  p.m.  on Wednesday. Pacific Union College Prep will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak.
