Patrick Henry will head out to  face off against Christian  at 4:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. Patrick Henry's pitching crew has only allowed 3.9  runs per game  this season, so Christian's hitters will have their work cut out for them.
If Patrick Henry beats Christian with four  runs on Tuesday, it's going to be the  team's new lucky number: they've won their past two  contests with that exact score. The Patriots never let Academy of Our Lady of Peace get on the board and left with  a   4-0  win  on Thursday. The  victory made it back-to-back  wins for the Patriots.
Not much got past  Zoe Rutherford, who gave up just  a  hit and racked up ten Ks to keep Academy of Our Lady of Peace off the board.
 On the hitting side,  the team  relied heavily on  Izzy Ervin, who  went a perfect 3-for-3 with two  runs. That's the most  runs  she has posted since back in May of 2024.  Rachel Earner was another key player,  going 2-for-4 with one  stolen base, one  run,  and one  double.
Meanwhile,  after a string of three wins, Christian's good fortune finally ran out  on Tuesday. They fell  7-3 to Point Loma.
Christian also got a good showing from  Sienna Staite, who   pitched 3.2 innings while giving up   no  earned runs off   four  hits. Staite has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't  given up  more than one  walk in 11 consecutive appearances.
 At the plate, Christian saw seven different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Sammy Baca, who  went 3-for-4 with two  RBI. Another  was  Tyler Krystek, who  went 2-for-3 with two  runs.
 Patrick Henry's victory bumped their record up to 10-11. As for Christian, their  defeat was their first in the league, dropping their league record down to 3-1 and their overall record down to 18-5-1.
 Patrick Henry couldn't quite finish off Christian in their previous meeting  back in April and fell  2-0. Can Patrick Henry avenge their  loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
