Centralia/Wetmore extended the longest winning streak in Twin Valley this week by beating Onaga, 42-0. This was the team's fourth consecutive win.
Centralia/Wetmore suffered a letdown when it was bounced from the state Top 25 this week after a 42-0 loss to Centralia/Wetmore. Larry Glatczak's team had been ranked 25th, but fell to 29 following the defeat.
A big matchup in the league this week will be when Valley Heights takes on the Panthers. The Mustangs are in fourth place, while Centralia/Wetmore is in first place.
The Buffaloes moved up to 162 from 188 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in the league. A 42-0 win over Onaga helped Onaga improve its standing.
