MacArthur is 9-1 against Eisenhower since April of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Generals will welcome the Eagles at 2:00 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (MacArthur has three straight victories, Eisenhower has three straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the field.
MacArthur's pitching crew heads into the matchup hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Friday. They blew past Nimitz 10-0.

Robert Torres tossed a big game, not allowing a single earned run while striking out six over five innings pitched. Those six strikeouts gave him a new career-high.
On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on Artemio Mata, who went 2-for-3 with one home run, two runs, and one triple. MacArthur is 4-1 when Mata posts two or more runs, but 4-7 otherwise. Another player making a difference was Adrian Castillo, who went 1-for-3 with three stolen bases and two runs.
MacArthur kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 13 hits. That's a new trend for them: they were averaging 4.4 hits per game earlier this season, but in their last 15 contests they've averaged 10.2.
Meanwhile, Eisenhower fell victim to Benjamin Davis and their airtight pitching crew on Friday. They came up short against the Falcons, falling 8-0.
The win got MacArthur back to even at 8-8. As for Eisenhower, their loss dropped their record down to 6-10.
The pitchers for both teams better look sharp on Tuesday as neither team is afraid to steal. MacArthur has been swiping bases left and right this season, having averaged 4.2 stolen bases per game. However, it's not like Eisenhower struggles in that department as they've been averaging an even more impressive 2.9 stolen bases. The only question left is which team can snag more.
MacArthur beat Eisenhower 7-3 in their previous matchup back in March of 2025. Do the Generals have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Eagles turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
