Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Boca Raton, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Monday. Their pitchers stepped up to hand American Heritage a 16-0 shutout on Tuesday. Considering the Bobcats have won ten contests by more than six runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Another player making a difference was Emma Caverly, who scored two runs while getting on base in both of her plate appearances.
Boca Raton always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .636. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as American Heritage only posted an OBP of .000.
Boca Raton's win was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 11-5. Those home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.4 runs on average over those games. As for Olympic Heights, their loss dropped their record down to 7-9.
