It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact the Rockcastle County Rockets can now relate to. They took a serious blow against Lexington Catholic on Friday, falling 43-7. It was the first time this season that Rockcastle County let down their fans at home.
Tucker Warren threw for 75 yards and a touchdown. Caleb Moore was his top target, picking up 48 receiving yards.
Rockcastle County's defeat dropped their record down to 11-2. As for Lexington Catholic, the win was the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 9-4.
Rockcastle County does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Lexington Catholic will head out on the road to face off against Christian Academy-Louisville at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
