Beaumont School came into Thursday's game looking for another win against Lakewood, but Audrey McNulty wouldn't allow it. The Rangers came out on top against the Blue Streaks by a score of 3-1 on Thursday thanks in part to McNulty, who had 18 digs and two assists. She has been hot, having posted 11 or more digs the last seven times she's played.

While Lakewood might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Beaumont School scored at least 18 points in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 19-25, 25-21, 27-25.

Despite the loss, Beaumont School still got an impressive performance from Theresa Angert, who had 13 digs and three aces.

Lakewood now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Beaumont School, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lakewood will host Riverside at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Beaumont School, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin at 6:30 p.m. This will be the Blue Streaks' first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
