The biggest upset of the week belonged to United, who took down 429th ranked United, 54-53. Devine Redding ran for 266 yards and caught one passes for 34 yards in the win.
Collin Gilbert of Crestview ran for the longest rushing play in Inter-Tri-County - Large this season against South Range last week. Gilbert scampered for 80 yards on the play and finished with 144 on the day as his team beat the Raiders.
Mineral Ridge's dynamic duo of Jonathan Baker and Steven Phillips proved tough for the Golden Eagles to stop, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week. Baker threw for 130 yards and one touchdown and Phillips had 96 yards receiving.
Nick Blower was the most productive running back in the league this week. In 26 carries, he ran for 301 yards as Crestview defeated United.
Mineral Ridge's Baker and Phillips have formed a dynamic duo this season, leading the league in both passing and receiving yards. Baker has thrown for 1212 yards this season, while Phillips, a 6-foot-0 receiver, has 11 catches for 450 yards. Paul Cusick's team's Blower leads the league in rushing yards with 1729.
Joe Stevens' team moved up to 459 from 497 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in Inter-Tri-County - Large. The Rams were able to make move up by topping Ed Ridgeway's team 54-53.
