Cayden Harris was the offensive standout of the game as he scored 18 points along with five steals. Those 18 points set a new season-high mark for him. Another player making a difference was Xae Mayes, who scored 11 points.
The win got Corinth back to even at 6-6. As for Tishomingo County, they have traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost six of their last seven games, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-9 record this season.
Corinth will face off against Biggersville at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday. Biggersville will be coming into the match with an undefeated record on the line. Tishomingo County will finish 2023 at home by hosting Wheeler at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Wheeler is hoping to put an end to a three-game streak of away losses.
