On Friday Tenino take on King's Way Christian at 7:00 PM. Both teams will be looking for a pick-me-up after considerable defeats in their previous games.
Tenino had to hit the road for their first game, and unfortunately the road hit them back. They found themselves the reluctant recipients of an unpleasant 23-50 punch to the gut against Rochester last Friday. Tenino got a solid performance out of Shawn Nicholson, who ; unfortunately, it just wasn't enough for the victory.
Meanwhile, King's Way Christian couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They took a serious blow against Elma, falling 6-48.
