The Atlanta Girls' School Hurricanes stacked a sixth blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Tuesday. They were the clear victor by a 54-30 margin over Holy Spirit Prep. The win was nothing new for Atlanta Girls' School as they're now sitting on eight straight.
Atlanta Girls' School was led to victory by Ava Sanderson and Jade Williams. Sanderson scored 16 points along with nine rebounds and four steals, while Williams dropped a double-double on 14 points and 19 rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Sanderson has scored all season. Isabel Sanderson was another key contributor, scoring 11 points along with six rebounds and four steals.
Atlanta Girls' School pushed their record up to 10-3 with that victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 51.5 points per game. As for Holy Spirit Prep, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-9.
Coincidentally, Atlanta Girls' School and Holy Spirit Prep will both be playing Dominion Christian the next time they take the court. Atlanta Girls' School will host Dominion Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, while Holy Spirit Prep will head out to face them at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
