Meanwhile, D.H. Conley humbled New Bern with a 68-36 victory. The Vikings have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five contests by 23 points or more this season.
Northside - Jacksonville better keep an eye on Britni Silver. She was instrumental in D.H. Conley's win, going 7 for 13 from beyond the arc en route to 35 points in addition to eight rebounds and seven steals. Charlazha Wilson was another key player, going 7 of 14 on her way to 20 points along with five boards and four steals.
D.H. Conley is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 9-5 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 56.3 points per game. As for Northside - Jacksonville, their loss dropped their record down to 6-4.
Rebounding is likely to be a big factor in this contest: Northside - Jacksonville has been crashing the rebounds this season, having averaged 35.3 boards per game. However, it's not like D.H. Conley struggles in that department as they've been averaging 26.3 rebounds. With both teams battling to corral missed shots, we'll see if one team can grab an edge.
