Several Eagles players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Jordan Garcia, who scored 13 points. Layton Jochetz was another key contributor, dropping a double-double on 12 points and 13 rebounds.
Woodsboro has not been sharp recently, as they've lost six of their last seven matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-20 record this season. As for Three Rivers, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matches, which provided a massive bump to their 13-8 record this season.
Woodsboro will head out on the road to challenge Kenedy at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Three Rivers, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Port Aransas at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Port Aransas will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak.
