Meanwhile, Dakota stacked a fourth blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Thursday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat L'Anse Creuse North 63-33 on the road. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win Dakota has posted against L'Anse Creuse North since December 5, 2017.
Dakota got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Samone Andrews out in front who scored 17 points along with five assists and four steals. Andrews is absolutely dominating the steal category: she's posted at least two every time she's taken the court this season. Tambre Williams was another key contributor, dropping a double-double on 16 points and 15 rebounds.
Grosse Pointe North's win bumped their record up to 7-1. As for Dakota, their victory bumped their record up to 9-1.
