Trinity has enjoyed the comforts of home their last two games, but now they'll head out on the road. The Trinity Titans and the North Judson-San Pierre Bluejays will round out the year against one another at 11:30 a.m. on Thursday at. Both teams come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Last Friday, Trinity made easy work of Granger Christian and carried off a 39-13 victory. For those curious, yes, that was the biggest win Trinity has managed all season.
Trinity's success was spearheaded by the efforts of Nathan Palmer, who scored nine points, and Nathan Skendzel, who scored 15 points. That makes it three consecutive games in which Skendzel has scored at least 25% of Trinity's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Jacob Palmer, who scored three points along with three steals.
Meanwhile, North Judson-San Pierre scored the most points they've had all season to find success last Saturday. They blew past Westville, posting a 69-37 win on the road. Considering North Judson-San Pierre has won four contests by more than 23 points this season, last Saturday's blowout was nothing new.
Trinity's win bumped their record up to 2-5. As for North Judson-San Pierre, their win bumped their record up to 5-1.
